Facilitator
As a Facilitator, I will orchestrate conversations that harness your team’s collaborative intelligence and collective energy – and translate vision into action and results. We will work together with your leadership team to coalesce around a common vision, to articulate your purpose (mission), to identify opportunities and risks, to prioritize strategic goals, and to design a plan of action with clear accountabilities.
Facilitator-Coach
As a Facilitator-Coach, I will design and lead meaningful and impactful workshops and retreats around a wide range of topics, including cross-cultural communication, emotional agility and resilience, mental fitness, strategic planning, team building and more.
